Dr. Jorge Emilio Celi Sangurima's research focuses on biodiversity, zoology, and ecology, with particular emphasis on wildlife conservation, sustainable natural resource management, and understanding the ecological processes that sustain ecosystems. His work integrates field research, taxonomic studies, and biodiversity monitoring to generate scientific knowledge that supports species conservation and the sustainable management of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems.
His research also addresses animal population dynamics, species conservation assessments, vertebrate ecology, and the relationship between biodiversity and environmental change.
